Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling request at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Cancellations or missed appointments (no-show) with less than 24 hours' prior notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. Late arrival will result in a decrease of service time. In case of any disputes, Moss Pilates Studio (Moss Project Ltd.)'s decision will be final and conclusive.
